Mono and Fedora rawhide.
The title gives it away.

Mono is in rawhide and so will be included in Fedora Core 5. I hope this means that the legal folks are happy that there is no greater threat of patent problems in shipping mono than in shipping just about anything else. If so, then very happy about this news. Interesting that it wasn’t added in extras rather than in core though.
For anyone who doesn’t know what I’m going on about here, have a look at mono. It’s a very nice development platform for anyone using linux and supports a range of languages. It also has the advantage that it is an implementation of the .NET development platform and is compatible with it.
